I prefer February the way it is for personal reasons. My mum was born on a 29th February. As she is one year older every 4 years, she is younger than all her eight children! This used to be sort of a magic thing for me when I was a child... it still is in some way, actually. I felt special because I had a magically born mum and, fortunately, I still feel more or less the same because, regardless her birth date, she is really magic.
