Now that the clutter is sorted, I am working on focusing on work and weight.
Work - start at the right time, work with pomodoro timer, and once more with feeling. not letting a bad day turn into a freefall.
Weight - couple of things going on here. The resolution is - sun salutation each day, running/gym, and a swim. Also, train C so that he and I can start running together soon.
With both I am realising that my food and sleep hygiene will need to get fixed.
Food is much better now: Protein-rich brekky, coffee, lunch salad with protein, coffee & snacks, dinner as you like it. And WATER.
Sleep is something I need to figure out. Bought some melatonin and have decided that I will take tea and melatonin at the same time and start getting into bed at the same time. I think it will help.
