If I had a magic wand:

1. My apartment would be clean, bathroom renovated, balcony not a poop fest - getting rid of rubbish was a bit more fine-tuned. 
2. I would have more money
3. I had a better relationship with my boss and my team
4. Was delivering better at work
5. I had a gorgeous partner
6. The world was more equitable, kinder, and not straight towards burning itself to high heavens 
7. I was on track to publishing my magazine article.
8. Was already running 5k every morning with C. 
9. Was less lonely. 
10. Had more money.
