That's the dream and the plan!

 If I were doing what I think I am meant to be doing I would be:

  • Writing articles that were getting published
  • Going for runs with my dog
  • Cooking and having dinner with my healthy and happy husband and children
  • Having Ma and Papa over for twice weekly quality times
  • Living near the beach
  • Living a balanced life with creative and fitness hobbies 
  • Doing an excellent job at work and getting growth and salary to match 
  • My home would be filled with just enough and beautiful art. 

Thing is I know enough people who seem to have this. Thing is I could be doing enough focussed work to have at least a few of these things ready to go now. These are:

  • Writing articles that were getting published
  • Going for runs with my dog
  • Cooking and having dinner with my healthy and happy husband and children
  • Having Ma and Papa over for twice weekly quality times
  • Living near the beach
  • Living a balanced life with creative and fitness hobbies 
  • Doing an excellent job at work and getting growth and salary to match 
  • My home would be filled with just enough and beautiful art. 

Lets get these ticked off by end of march, hey? 

Writing: 

  • Write 25 minutes everyday.

Running with C 

  • To begin with take C for training x5 5min each day, 
  • Start running alone every alternate day 
Creativity hobby
  • Set up home office to support art and pottery
Fitness hobby
  • Stick a weekly plan (gym and running) somewhere you can see it
  • Start day in water - only 20 minutes, no more.
Be excellent at work
  • Get super disciplined about hours at work
  • Do at least 5 Pomodoro a day
Home filled with enough and beautiful art. 
  • Declutter and tidy up entirely.

Even for the 
  • Cooking and having dinner with my healthy and happy husband and children
  • Having Ma and Papa over for twice weekly quality times
  • Living near the beach. 
I can start visualising.


Aaaand let's get this sorted by March.


Also base-work:
  • None of this can be done without proper sleep and food - which is protein shake for breakfast, something decent for lunch with protein and salad and carbs, protein rich snack and something delicious for dinner.
  • Hydrate also.  
  • Still trying to figure out the sleep - but hopefully the exercise will help with that. Will keep you posted.
And then till July - we'll try and figure the husband and kid part of the business.
