I like to know when to start worrying.
Just realised that I always tell my dog when I am leaving. ALWAYS! It is best that he knows when to start getting worried that I have disappeared unintentionally and generally know that I have delibrately wandered off and will be back.
There is, not only no judgement in doing the essential jobs that are easy first, it is infact the one fool proof way to build confidence and punch procrastination in it's guts!
Also, this article on NYTimes on Procastination is one of the best articles I have ever read in my life.
