Everyone sees people fall sick, grow old and people die - yet the same things got Siddhartha to stare so hard and deep, that he got transformed. Can you imagine something so common place as other people dying could transform us? Perhaps this is why we don't like to tell children about anybody dying, maybe we wait till they have learnt the convenient art of distracting themselves when confounded with anything that could be disturbing and who knows, even shake the core of their beings- transform them.
